Performance[]
The panzer is underpowered in every aspect, it's 140 point armor is weaker than the Sherman and the weak firepower is only slightly balanced by medium reload speed. The speed is a improvement over the Sherman, giving it a slight edge.
Tactics[]
Apart from some scouting and hit'n run attacks, the Panzer shouldn't be used at all.
